Once you are registered on esaregistration.org you have the option to purchase the Evaluation Letter. You can purchase either a travel or housing letter or both depending on your needs.
After payment is submitted you are then prompted to complete an assessment form that will ask you a variety of questions. This form is confidential and only your therapist will have access to it.
After your form is completed and submitted a calendar will appear that will allow you to schedule a time with your therapist. If you have any questions related to booking feel free to send an email to bookings@esaregistration.org
Due to HIPAA compliance all assessments will be conducted with a simple-to-use video, audio, and content sharing platform which works with any smartphone or webcam enabled computer. Your assigned therapist will send you an email with the conference link and details. Please be aware before purchasing.
After you have done all the above simply wait for your appointment time and join your video chat using the info provided in your booking confirmation email.
