Once you have obtained your ESA letter you may print it out for your needs such as renting an apartment or traveling on an airline*. Your ESA letter will also be safely stored in your account for access at anytime.

*Most airlines will no longer accept a travel letter or an ESA due to the new law passed in 2020. Please check with your airline before purchasing a travel letter.
