    YOU DO NOT PROVIDE A MEANS BY WHICH TO CANCEL!!!!!   You do not answer the phone or return calls or respond to internal "email" messages.  Your chat mode is not available.  Your "email" is not real email but internal to this website.  Your website is very bogus and very distressing.  It hurts to know there people in this world that purposely take advantage of good people for what they have.

    @donnagoree so basically what you’re saying is that this is fraud and no cancellation so we are lost for money?

    No, they did refund the money promptly after much stress; but their website was lacking the means to do so.  I had to just send a support inquiry stating that I needed a refund and to cancel.  There was just so much wrong and glitchy with their website, as I described above.  But I did get the refund.
