I have been trying for weeks to inform you that my service dog kit was sent to me that include:
1.) The wrong colored vest- I ordered a blue vest; and, received a red vest, instead.
2.) On the ID badges:
I requested my entire complete (Handler) name, which is:
Helen Veniece Berry. The badges that I received omit my middle name, altogether.
3.). The vest is way too large for my dog. I ordered a small vest because all of his clothing is purchased as a (small size...and, at times, a small clothing outfit is too small; and, I have to purchase a medium.
Nonetheless, my dog's vest is way too big, and I need to change the size to be an (XS) size.
4.) I'm assuming that the digital certificate is incorrect, too, and will need to be corrected.
I have emailed and called your company many times, and have never gotten a response back.
It has thoroughly been a great frustration to me; as, I also told, in email and telephone message manager that,, do to major injuries to, both, my back and my spine; each, needing a couple of surgeries, I am no longer able to carry my dog in his dog carrier. To do so would only place further injuries to my spine and feet. Too, I have many serious health problems and they may cause immediate entry into the hospital.
I need my order corrected and new kit sent to me; along with instructions to send back the kit that I purchased.
