We have a compiled a list of the most common errors and requests. Please see below.
1. Hi, I registered with the wrong information such as handler name or animal name. How can I change it?
Answer: Please contact customer service as soon as possible with your request. A customer service team member can definitely fix the error for you however please note if you placed an order and it has shipped the products you ordered will not have the updated information.
2. I want to update the photo on my account, how can I do that?
Answer: Simply contact one of our team members using the support contact and include your request with the updated photo of your animal. Again, if an order has already shipped the update will not affect the processed order.
3. I inputted the wrong address, can you change it?
Answer: We can change the address on an order that has not shipped yet. If the order has already shipped there is a good chance it will be returned to sender. If so, we will reship it to you at no charge to the correct location.
4. Help! I accidentally ordered a service dog kit instead of an ESA kit. Can you change it?
Answer: We can cancel the original order however you will have to register on the correct website and reorder. This is the best course of action as to avoid any mistakes. This can only happen before an order is shipped.
