Why do I have to video chat for my evaluation?

To be compliant with the law, evaluations require a face to face meeting with a therapist via a HIPAA compliant video chat solution. We currently use Zoom to get you in touch with the therapist. This application is free and can be downloaded on a computer or your smartphone.
