Our therapist do not provide letters for certain animals in the livestock category or exotic animals such as snakes or lizards.
ESA evaluations can only be done for those who reside or have legal citizenship in the United States. A government issued ID is required to take the evaluation which will be presented to the therapist during the video call.
Active Duty Military
While we do provide evaluations for Active Duty Military Personnel with US citizenship it is important to consult with your commanding officer. There have been instances where a service member can be kicked out of active duty when providing an ESA letter and trying to bring their animal on deployment.
Only those who are applying for an ESA letter can complete the questionnaire and take the evaluation. The age limit we offer evaluations for are ages 5+. Those who are minors may have a legal guardian present during the interview.
